The Self Rejection Burn is for when the system has learned to turn aggression inward. Long term criticism, shame, punishment, or rejection can create structures where pressure, blame, and hostility are directed toward the self.

This burn targets those internal attack routes directly. Not the emotions themselves, but the structures that formed around them. Survival era adaptations, internalised voices, and learned hostility patterns that keep the system working against itself.

Delivery:

A handmade PDF file will be sent confirming the flame has been run. This includes a short note with any impressions received during the work. Orders placed Saturday to Thursday before 6pm UK time are delivered the same day. Orders placed after 6pm will be delivered within 24 hours.
